Life Rewritten. Hope Rediscovered.

When the life you planned on isn't the one you get, you can still build something extraordinary.

Drawing on both clinical expertise and lived experience, I write and speak about the invisible realities of traumatic brain injury.

Combining powerful storytelling and lived experience, I explore identity, healing, grief, and the remarkable ability of the human spirit to adapt.

Healing isn't about returning to the life we had, but learning to build a meaningful one right where we stand.

A life before. A life after.

Long before becoming a traumatic brain injury survivor, I was a clinical mental health counselor, helping others navigate grief, trauma, identity, and change.

Today, my work explores the fragile space between who we were and who we become, and the unexpected beauty of rebuilding a meaningful life one imperfect step at a time.

I offer language and advocacy for experiences that often feel impossible to explain, helping people feel seen, understood, and less alone.

Through thoughtful storytelling and evidence-informed insight, I help audiences change the way we think about trauma and resilience.

Not everyone has a brain injury, but many people have a before and an after.

My presentations offer practical insights and a renewed way of seeing invisible disability, resilience, and hope.
